On With The Show, This Is It!
The phrase "On with the show, this is it!" is the final line of the theme song for The Bugs Bunny Show. It signifies the start of the show, and is often associated with the iconic Looney Tunes character, Bugs Bunny.

It’s Not a Podcast Anymore. It’s a Show.
This evolution has been in the works for a while—nearly two years, in fact. What started as a podcast has evolved into something more. It’s not just me saying that. It’s what my audience has been telling me.
In 2023, I added video to give people the option to watch the show. And a lot of you took me up on it. These videos are mostly unfiltered recordings—just me and my guest, talking. No sponsor mentions. No polished edits. Just the raw sometimes messy conversation.
Here’s something you may not know: the video versions are usually a bit longer. Take the recent episode with Rachel Gilbert—49 minutes on YouTube, 44 minutes on Apple or Spotify. That’s because the audio gets a tighter edit.
You can listen to the audio or watch the video. I genuinely don’t mind how you choose to experience it.
Okay—I do care a little.
While I was traveling, I heard from people who told me they “see me” on the show—through YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels. Some said they watch full episodes on YouTube. Others admitted they hit play and listen while doing something else.
The numbers back it up:
Only 4–7% of the audience engages with the full show on YouTube.
But on our audio show? Listeners make it through 80% of each episode.
And here’s a fun stat: 78% of people who discover a show on YouTube eventually seek it out in audio form.
So whether you’re watching or listening—thank you.
The bottom line: this isn’t just a podcast anymore. It’s a show. And you get to decide how to take it in—video or audio.
And hey, if you’re interested in sponsoring the video channel… sponsorships are now available. Just hit reply and let’s chat.

Here I am sitting inside a beautiful voice studio and waiting to voice something wonderful for you. There’s a camera in the studio and we can literally record it together. The same way you get a sandwich built at Subway.
